For the November 2, 2004 General Election, you must Register to vote by October 18, 2004.

Registered voters may apply for an Absentee Ballot, by mail, for the November 2, 2004 General Election between October 4, 2004, and October 26, 2004.  You can also apply to become a PERMANENT Absentee Ballot voter.
