What is a coach?
A coach is many things; a guide, a trusted advisor, a motivator and a challenger.
A coach assists you through dialogue to identify change issues, develop strategies to
reach goals, and implement steps to success. Your coach will listen to you, challenge
you with difficult questions, make requests, provide insights, and help you to attain your
goals.
Who needs a coach?
Many personal and business situations benefit from the assistance of a coach.
Consider the following situations:
- Your responsibilities have expanded due to restructuring or promotion

improve

dealing with difficult people, or managing stress and conflict

in the process
- You need guidance in making a career choice
- You want to improve teamwork and cooperation in your department

- Enhance emotional intelligence
- Promote team effectiveness
- Participate in 360-degree assessments and complete testing instruments to increase self-understanding
- Increase employee retention
- Improve interpersonal relations
- Increase your effectiveness as an executive
- Have assistance in strategic planning and organizational development

A word from your coach...
Every coach has a different background and approach. I believe
that the best coach is one who understands human behavior, and has the practical experience
and background to offer insight and guidance. Through our conversations together
we will discover and create a path leading to discovery of your goals and action
toward accomplishing them.
Coaching is a process, not a one-time event. We will discuss your goals, obstacles,
fears and how they relate to your current situation. I hold you accountable for
action items, while I continue to support and motivate you. The coaching process
should provide new insight, achievements and changes that are centered around your
goals. As your coach, I will guide you with integrity and truth-telling while
supporting your progress. I look forward to assisting you in your development.
Call me today for more information about how I can help you.
