  • After meeting with you to discuss your concerns and needs, we assist you in defining the possible interventions.  Some interventions we employ are cultural change planning, leadership development programs, 360 assessment, Organizational needs assessment, Strategic planning, teaming, training, policies and procedure review.  There are numerous tools in our change agents toolkit, however it is the values and assumptions that make OD change agents different from the typical consultant.  These assumptions include: Individuals have the capacity for growth, they desire to grow, change and achieve, that individuals and organizational goals can be compatible, and collaboration is preferable over competition.  In addition we provide facilitation for strategic planning sessions and company meetings.
