Quoting from President Luene's message: On November
15, using funds raised entirely by the San Marcos Rotary Club, Rotarians, Interactors,
family and friends traveled to a very poor area of Tijuana, Mexico to build a house.
Starting at 8 AM and concluding at 4 PM, everyone sawed, hammered, and painted.
The mother of the family remarked, "Last night we slept in a shack. Tonight we
will sleep in a castle."

The images below range in size from 40KB to 100KB. There are over 160 and have
not yet been cropped or culled. After a description of the event has been written
(someone is going to do that before everything is forgotten, right?), a few will be
selected for a photo-essay of the 2003 Mexico House Building project.
