The following is what you may expect from us and the charges that you will incur for this work.

Text
It is expected that your text will be in publishable condition, but if not, we do have a qualified editor and writer.  If your text needs polishing, we will do that for you at no extra charge, subject, of course, to your final approval.  We expect your text to be in digital format, whether you email it to us or send us a disk.

Graphics
We believe that every client deserves an Internet presence that reflects its individuality, so every one of our clients' websites has a unique look and feel.  Our sites include a solid color background, a custom interface on your welcome page (system of navigation buttons for your site visitors), coordinating masthead for subsequent pages, and coordinating text separators (horizontals and bullets).

Photographs
If your photos need cropping, color correcting, sharpening, lightening, or other retouching, we will do this for you at a nominal fee.  If your photos are in good shape we will include them in your website, counting towards the suggested maximum of ten (10) graphic elements on a page, for no extra cost.  (We usually recommend the use of thumbnail photos (which we will supply) if you have more than four or five on a page.)  Please include a short caption for each photo.

Prices include minor updating over the first six months of the contract.  This covers minor price changes, product changes, swapping one article for another, etc.  It does not include major changes, such as rewriting, seasonal inventory changes, or similar major revisions, which will be billed at our hourly rate.

Your Website
Upon delivery of your final payment, you will receive from us publication of your website on the webhost of your choosing.  (You will have contracted this ahead of time and given us the necessary FTP upload information.)  As an option you can arrange for us to host the site free of charge for the first 12 months.  Domain name registration and Domain name setup fees will apply.

Maintenance
From experience we know that things won’t necessarily be “perfect” right away.  We agree to make revisions as necessary for the first two weeks after your site goes online, including minor rewrites, rearranging, etc. at no charge to you.  In addition, we will make minor revisions (as described above) to your site for six months from the “Target date” at no extra charge.  Major changes, such as updating a newsletter, which would require essentially redoing the webpage, will be subject to billing at our standard hourly rate.

What we do NOT do.
We are not a web hosting company.  While we make webspace available to clients it is only webspace.  If we experience server downtime problems so will you.  We accept neither responsibility for this downtime nor any problems it may cause you or your business.  Due to our contract agreement with our host, and in consideration for other clients we provide webspace for, we are unable to provide you with FTP access information to allow you to make changes to your website on your own.  Unless you elect to host through Attach2.com websites for the first 12-months, you must contract for your own web hosting service.  We can suggest a hosting company (the one we use) and assist you in setting up an account, but we cannot be held responsible for any failings of theirs.  Your contract for hosting will be between you the hosting company.

We are not a Domain name broker.  We can help you in selecting an appropriate Domain name, and we can assist you in obtaining that name, but we are not responsible in any way for your dealings with the Domain name broker or for the success of your chosen Domain name.

We will submit your domain information to search engines using a free service we have access to through our professional associations.  This submission is made once a quarter (four times per year).  Broader coverage is available for a fee through other services.  We can assist you in contacting some of these services but will accept no responsibility for their conduct or make any guarantee as to their effectiveness.  We are not responsible for any damages you incur as a result of our work on your website.  Please review our Website Contract for more details.
